I was interested in the science of how the body works with food and fitness and wanted to learn how to maintain it all and learn how to set and be the fittest I've ever been .. I committed to the journey and my results were definitely surprising... I needed accountability and all the communication in the world with my trainer which was To me super important to stay on my game. Cause one I love food and two I love food so hahaha finding that balance was important and I have a shit ton of questions often.
So! 12 weeks goes by. I went from 26% body fat to 15%. Lost about 18 pounds!! ( it's weird tho, if you see my pics I wouldn't think 18 pounds but damn those really are my results). Oh and how bout I wasn't about the chin up life. I went from zero chin ups to 4. ( THAT'S CRAZY HARD FOR ME! !! ) My energy and strength has skyrocketed and sheesh it's an incredible feeling honestly.
You can be a stay at home person or a world traveler constantly on the go and he'll figure out a plan that works.. soooooo .... u don't exactly have many excuses to jack yourself up with .. Eric is kinda a gem.
I have achieved what I thought was impossible....losing fat while gaining strength and Muscle. I still feel like I'm at the beginning of this journey but have confidence that with Eric I'm finally in control of my fitness goals
