1. Memberships and Session Packages

Resolute Training offers two primary service models:

  1. Subscription-Based Services:

    • Billed monthly or annually, providing continuous access to personalized training programs, app features, and support.

    • Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled.

  2. Session Packages:

    • Prepaid packages for a fixed number of training sessions.

    • Sessions can be scheduled at your convenience and shared among authorized users (e.g., family members).

Pricing:

  • All pricing is clearly outlined at the time of purchase and subject to applicable taxes.

  • Discounts or promotional offers cannot be retroactively applied to prior purchases.

2. Payment and Refund Policy

  • Payments are processed automatically via your selected payment method.

  • Subscription Refunds: Refunds are not provided after the billing period begins. If canceled, subscriptions remain active until the end of the current billing period.

  • Session Refunds: Unused sessions are refundable within 14 days of purchase, provided no sessions have been utilized. Otherwise, unused sessions may be credited toward future services.

  • Failed Payments: If a payment fails, access to services may be suspended until payment is resolved.

3. Rescheduling and Cancellations

Subscription Services:

  • You may cancel your subscription anytime through the app or by contacting customer support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing cycle.

Session Packages:

  • Sessions must be scheduled in advance.

  • Rescheduling is permitted up to 24 hours before the session without penalty. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the session.

  • Clients with retainer packages may reschedule up to three sessions per week without penalty.

Resolute Training delivers a range of fitness and nutrition services, including:

5. Use of the Resolute Training App

  • Access to the app is included with all active subscriptions and session packages.

  • The app provides tools for tracking progress, managing nutrition, and direct communication with your coach.

  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Resolute Training is not responsible for unauthorized access due to user negligence.

6. Data Collection and Privacy

Resolute Training collects data to enhance your experience, including:

  • Progress metrics, activity logs, and communications.

  • Personal health and fitness information necessary for customized plans.

  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use this content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

  • Resolute Training provides services on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes.
